I don't have windows 7, but I have had a similar problem when I don't
wait long enough before pressing Control-Alt-W to restart Window-eyes.
I think, in my case, with a lot of scripts loaded, I need to wait long
enough for everything to unload before trying to re-start Window-Eyes.
If I try to restart too soon, then I need to use that kill wineyes
utility to get rid of everything!
