You know, I didn't even pick up on Johnny's mentioning of his wife buying by
color, because mine does the same thing!  the last laptop was a compromise;
I put on the table the tech specs I wanted, and she went and found the most
appealing laptop visually. at that time, Dell was selling the Inspiron line
with cases of any color you wanted, and matching carry bags, mice, and other
accessories. luckily for me they had a wide range of tech choices, so we
both got what we wanted, but then it turned out the older thinkpad had a
better screen than the newer Dell, so I get the Dell and she keeps the ugly
old thinkpad!

Johnny, if your wife also cares about screen image, the thinkpad 700W has a
screen quality that reviewers say is far superior to any other laptop on the
market. It's much like the old thinkpad screen technology called FlexView
(if you've ever heard of that); it's not over bright and shiney like today's
screens are. don't know if she cares more about the case or the screen, but
there you go.

Think your wife is right! Go for the one, that looks the cutest, has the
color will make everyone melt, and just drop all the other nonsense we have
put into your head, these last days! :) Only! There is one thing, that you
should remember in the store: Ask them for a computer that has a color you
can feel, and the most fancy graphical screen, in Braille... :D If they are
the right store, they might just come up with a good deal... :D

Sorry! But a bit of humor.
