It's possible to create a DVD that holds both versions, but the official
(non-OEM) discs from Microsoft are either one or the other. If I want
32-bit Windows 7, I use the 32-bit DVD; likewise for the 64-bit version.
That isn't to say you couldn't install a 32-bit copy of Win7 onto a
64-bit machine, because you can. But by doing so, you have to deal with
the same constraints of a 32-bit computer.
