Hi Sonya To get the information you want, try the following steps:
Hold down the Windows key and press the Break or Pause key. This key is usually found above the six pack of keys that are made up of Insert, Delete, Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down. The pause key is above the Page Up key. Now use your mouse cursor to read the screen line by line. press the top left key 7 or home on the numeric keypad. Now press the arrow down key, number 2 or mouse say next line key. As you go down line by line you will get specific information about your computer. When done press the escape key. Is there a way that I can find out if I have XP SP2 or SP3? I didn't install Windows XP myself so I don't know this information. I would like to find out this information if possible. Please provide specific steps. Thanks in advance.
