Well its like this. When its cold people complain. And when its hot,
people still complain. There is no pleasing anyone and no middle road
either.
And how about this? 7.5 may be that release that brings in some new
features (like the new user interface) while GW continues development of 8
which could still be a ways off. So here is a treat while you wait for the
meal. Kinda like what we do with our dogs. LOL

My guess is that people were thinking that 8 would be next, not 7.5.

Wasnt it stated some time ago that browse mode would be taken care of in
WE 8?
I dont use JAWS so dont care about any catch up. Software development
of this nature is leap frog anyway.

While the forthcoming improvements to 7.5 are necessary for WE's
evolution, it is disappointing that issues such as browse mode, WE's
inability to deal with certain flash-based web pages and the like are
not addressed with 7.5 I suspect that the reason for not addressing
them is that they don't have a solution; but, nevertheless, a paying
customer has a right to be frustrated and disappointed.
I am at the point that if another screen reader didn't have the issues
and could work simultaneously on the same pc, I wouldn't hesitate
bringing it onboard.
With 7.5, it appears that GWMicro is attempting to play a bit of catch
up with recent enhancements JFW has made.
Hopefully, these enhancements will ultimately lead to the resolving of
other problems.
