You also have to remember that such a drastic change, such as a major overhaul of brows mode cannot be put in a minor version. GW Micro have said that it will be in Window-Eyes 8. They are also working to support Winodws 8 when it ocmes out, and that I suspect isn't easy.

Then there's the various flexible payment plans designed to help out even the lowest income user (leacing by the month, pay until you own, etc). Then there's the number of free upgrades we receive, and how often they come out. Tell me jaws can come close to matching that? Browsing works quite well for me in WE, so I never have any need to switch to anything else; and I do online banking, manage prescriptions, email, the whole range of sites. My point isn't that WE is the best, and yours I believe should not be that someone else is, or complaining because WE isn't (in your opinion); it's that the judgement is comprised of a wide array of factors, each of which can change in comparison to the others as the companies to decide to put a little more emphasis here, and little more there. things will see-saw a bit between the companies as they usually do. I don't see you have a real reason to get on the list and just blast GW with a vague complaint, without first considering all of the factors that make up the product and the service you get.
