Regarding Flash? I recently got sick of that never-ending hassle too.
But when I went into Control panel, flash, Advanced tab, the only
options I had were Notify me of updates and Never check for updates. So
I went to Adobe's site to get the latest update. And somewhere amid that
mess I was able to select the Automatically download and install radio
button. And now it's under the Advanced tab in the Control panel Flash item.

Eternal flash updates too, and I can't figure out a way to tell either
it or the system to just update the darn things. None of the flash

As far as I know, I have Java on my Win7 computer. Occasionally, I
will arrow down through a web page and find the statement that reads
something like java void 0 false. The primary reason I am writing here
is that there are times when I need to have Java turned on and I
