If the slowdown happens at certain times of the day, could it be due to
network connectivity issues?

Subject: a few questions

I am one of the blind employees at Citibank using Window-eyes with
Sawgrass.
We are using version: 7.5.2.0.
For the last six weeks or so, I and my other blind colleague have been
encountering unusual difficulties.
I do not think it is a Window-eyes problem; however, I thought you might
have some constructive ideas.

What has seemed to happen is that something seems to slow down or block
the loading of Sawgrass. At first we thought it was a toolbar Product
resource tool that had been changed so I had them remove it and that did
help.
The thing is, though, that it is worse at certain times of the day.
It seems to slow way down in mid morning and through till late
afternoon.
Windoweyes does not speak any of the program that is trying to download
and is being blocked; but it does speak the desktop, taskbar, and so on.
I thought that it might be a Java problem: or a JavaScript problem as we
have gotten JavaScript compilation errors.
We have put in trouble tickets to the Sawgrass team, the iT guys are
working hard on it.
I am going to get a faster computer with more capacity soon to see if
that helps.
I do not need you to talk to anybody as the situation is being handled
fine; it is mainly curiosity on my part as to what kinds of things cause
problems for programs to download entirely.
