Regarding your Outlook issue, can you go into the WE app manager and
check whether the Outlook Enhanced app is actually running?
The focus issue with Thunderbird is a Mozilla bug which we've worked
around in the TB Enhanced app. If it's not running, then I would expect
your initial focus to go into limbo just as you describe it. If TB
Enhanced is running, though, then let us know.

the tables that I used to read in the browser, still show up the same as
before. It seems like message virtualisation is not working, even though
I have enabled it. Messages are as unreadable as before.
Also in Thunderbird 16.0.1, when I opened it, focus was not put on the
inbox and I had to shift-tab to get there as before.
Am I doing something wrong, perhaps not doing something I should have done?
