Hello Christo, Regarding your Outlook issue, can you go into the WE app manager and check whether the Outlook Enhanced app is actually running? The focus issue with Thunderbird is a Mozilla bug which we've worked around in the TB Enhanced app. If it's not running, then I would expect your initial focus to go into limbo just as you describe it.
