Hi Aron,
It was enabled automatically only button disable was awaylable. But
question was, if the sound will not play any sound in safemode as for
example mp3, if windoweyes is having something special, which will enable
sounds in safemode?

It certainly sounds that way, assuming that you enabled safe mode sound
support under the Windows Enhance app menu in Window-Eyes.

It's important to note that some audio devices simply don't support safe
mode. Not only to the USB audio devices need the audio drivers loaded,
but they also need USB drivers loaded, and that typically doesn't happen
(hence the whole point of "safe" mode). Built-in audio devices, and
dedicated internal audio devices attached directly to the system bus
typically work fine.
