No raul, I just want them to acknowledge that they do take note that the

Hi Morné, I know that Arron already responded, however what exactly do you
want? Do you want GW to respond to each message sent to this list, including
the other lists, Twitter, fAcebook, and whatever other medium they use, and
do you want an acknowledgement that your message has been personally read?
If you want that kind of response, then give GW a call, or email
[email protected]. How do you expect them to continue to work on WE,
taking note of all the issues posted, and then trying to resolve them if
possible?

I'm just curious because you outlined the problem just fine, but didn't
offer a clear-cut solution other than a suggestion that perhaps you are
grumpy.
