An excellent point. It took me slightly longer to get my CD and I am in the US. Thankfully Doug was able to remote into my laptop and fix the problem I was having a while back with the upgrade thinking it was a demo. I'm not sure why but somehow the upgrade didn't copy certain key files properly. Whatever the case it got fixed and my CD, though later than I'd hoped, arrived not long after. Even shipping withint he same country during the Christmas season can be sketchy, soI can only imagine doing it outside the country

I am sure that I am getting a bad reputation for banging on about support to
overseas customers, but there is the famous delete key!

My Window-Eyes v8.0 cd has not arrived, and it is a month since the
commercial release was made available.

By way of comparison: I placed a purchased with another U.S. supplier on
Christmas Eve, and it arrived today.

A similar problem occurred with the v7.5. release, and years ago, it took
about 10 days for the cds to come to me in New Zealand.

I am an SMA customer, and the promise of priority shipping for SMA customers
appears not to hold true.

I hope to see my cd on Tuesday, but even if I do, it is my contention that
GW is not providing proper service to overseas customers.

I do have very positive emails from Doug and Dan regarding service to
custoemrs outside of the u.s., BUT IT SEEMS THAT SYSTEMS are letting us down
rather than the intentions OF Gw executives.
