To some extent I can accept this, but if I can order a product three weeks later than the release date for Window-Eyes, and that product has already arrived - same mail system etc. The parcel is of a similar size - no extra shipping charges for speedy delivery -
Because for reasons of logistics, GW does not provide tracking details (and I am not asking them to), I have no way of tracking what has happened to my cd. Maybe when v8.x is released, we can download the full version rather than the upgrade and bypass reliance upon the postal system.
