Hi all.

I am sure that I am getting a bad reputation for banging on about support to
overseas customers, but there is the famous delete key!

My Window-Eyes v8.0 cd has not arrived, and it is a month since the
commercial release was made available.

By way of comparison: I placed a purchased with another U.S. supplier on
Christmas Eve, and it arrived today.

A similar problem occurred with the v7.5. release, and years ago, it took
about 10 days for the cds to come to me in New Zealand.

I am an SMA customer, and the promise of priority shipping for SMA customers
appears not to hold true.

I hope to see my cd on Tuesday, but even if I do, it is my contention that
GW is not providing proper service to overseas customers.

I do have very positive emails from Doug and Dan regarding service to
custoemrs outside of the u.s., BUT IT SEEMS THAT SYSTEMS are letting us down
rather than the intentions OF Gw executives.
