I am using WE 8.1, Windows 7 64-bit, and IE 10. I can’t log into this site. I locked myself out. I then tried to reset my password, but the edit boxes for entering the temporary password were disabled. The telephone support was not very helpful. Th;ey finally totally locked my account so it could be restarted, but I am still not able to proceed. I finally got a captcha screen, so I tried Firefox 19.0.2, butg it doesn’t work either. Sorry for the long read. I wrote all this to ask if anyone has tried using this site recently. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
