Hi. I can also confirm this with IE8. The failure occurs when you hit the
download button. The page giving you the upgrade will come up but the
download is where it dies. I used the www.gwmicro.com/upgrade page and
pasted in a valid sn for one of my students who does not yet have internet
access. The upgrade page came with the upgrade generated. It said that it
was my first time accessing the upgrade. The download dies. If there's
anything I can do to help figure out what's wrong I'll do it. I can use FF
of course which I prefer but I know many others use IE only so I figured I'd
see if I could duplicate their problem. I was actually surprised to
duplicate it but that's the way it is.

I just tried your upgrade using the web page (so you can download it) and

downloaded fine for me. I would give it another try since our server can
once again breathe (smile).
