I should also say she is running Window eyes 8.2 with this as well.
are a few ways, use firewall's advanced settings, to see if it's
blocked by users, or use windows firewall's allowed programs list. no
idea why sf would be blocked by a firewall if she's admin. but stranger
things have been known to happen.
