Hi folks! I am needing some help for a friend of mine. She is running windows 7 64 bit and sound forge 9.0 audio. Whenever she launches the program, it hangs and says program is not responding. We have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I have spoken to sony and they say that the 32 bit version runs in a 64 bit inVironment of Windows 7. What might I be doing wrong or what could be causing the program to hang like this? I'm not sure what else to try.
