Were you doing it in Word 2010 or one of the other Microsoft word variants? If so, then you might not have gotten any information since there is an apparent blockage on Window-Eyes from word when documents are protected in order that only the form can be filled out or something, and I do not know why that is. In order to get all of the information in this case, you have no choice but to have the creator of the document send you an unprotected copy. Apparently this is Microsoft's doing, but I don't know.
