I was trying to trouble shoot why my message virtualization option in Outlook
wasn't working tonight. In the WE control panel, I found that both Office
Enhance and Outlook Enhance appear as installed on the Add / Remove Apps list.
Just to be safe, I removed them and reinstalled them. When I go to the App
Manager to see which apps are running, Office and Outlook are not listed. They
are also not listed on my Apps drop down where I can go to the Message
Virtualization add-in option.

Oddly, I had closed and reopened Outlook 2010. I was able to open the Window
Eyes Outlook Calendar using Insert C and my message headers seem to be reading
the way I had recently tweaked them, but still no luck of actually finding the
apps on the WE Control Panel.

I just powered down for the night on the impacted laptop and would love a
miracle to happened when I boot up again, but am asking here if I'm missing
anything. I'm new enough to Outlook and these apps that I don't know if I
missed some subtle thing.

Running WE 8.4 on Windows 7 with Office 2010.
