I get the same results running Vista. I can reload wineyes and still have
the sluggishness. The only thing other than using NVDA, is to restart
windows.

Subject: Serious memory leak when concerning Window eyes
Hello all!
I wanted to come in to the list because well, this subject line says it all.
I have been running WE now for quite sometime and I have noticed that WE
takes a serious amount of CPU usage. I have 3.24 gb of ram in this Dell
Lattitude d520 running XP home still. Yes, i know, I know. XP is dead. Has
been since April. Anyway, I have disabled all running apps within Window
Eyes and still get the sluggishness. But, if I load NVDA, or System access,
I do not get the sluggish responce time. What is going on or how can this be
fixed? This has gone on long enough. I don't want to take out Window eyes
and do a full repair on it then only to have to set up my profile and things
again. I can do this but, I find that to be an annoyance more then a
solution. That last of course, is just how I feel, and my opinion. If one of
the GWMicro staff could help with this, i would be forever greatful.
Duyahn
