I too am needing to upgrade my laptop computer. I have what is probably called a luggable, an HP Pavilion with a standard-size keyboard and numpad. Since many of you have already purchased laptops since 2005 when I bought this one, what do you recommend that works with Window-Eyes? I'm also going to have to move into the real world of Windows 7 and MicroSoft something. Any thoughts on that? I'm hearing that Windows 9 may be coming out soon? Anyone know about that? Thanks. I've tried to keep my thumbs up, but have had the notebook many months and still occasionally have a relapse. I guess I will either have to cover the touchpad with a card or buy a wireless mouse. It would be best if GW Micro would adjust Window-Eyes so that it doesn't turn the touchpad back on once it has been turned off using the fn key. Thanks for all your helpful suggestions.
