Hello all, thank you for your help.  I will make sure that I can label these 
buttons.  However, since my brother uses may want to use this programme, and 
since he is using Window-Eyes, I would like to create a setfile with the 
labelled buttons so he can use it as well.  How do I create a setfile after 
those buttons have been labelled?

Oops. I forgot to mention a workaround for the Mouse to focus hot key:
Insert-Plus. Just do the same thing I stated below; go into hot keys,
mouse, and redefine the Mouse to focus hot key.
