Hi Morne: What search criteria are you using? I just went to the Knowledge Base and typed "Firefox" without the quotes and got several results. I used the default search criteria which is, :find any word". I am using Window-eyes 8.4 on a Windows 7 machine, and I am using Mozilla Firefox, none of which should make any difference. In fact, I just tried the same search in Internet Explorer and I got the same results as in Firefox. If you tell me what you are searching for, I will give it a try and I will send you the relevant article number so that you can go directly to it.
