You find it quicker to completely shut down Window-Eyes, launch NVDA, navigate 
to where you want to copy, copy and paste, shut down NVDA, and restart 
Window-Eyes, all because pressing F8 twice is too cumbersome? I'm just trying 
to understand how that's faster.
