I think I'm going to have to add this to my signature, because it keeps getting 
overlooked: we will be adding shift-arrow support in the future. Remember, you 
only need to paste into notepad to remove formatting. Otherwise there's no 
point in visiting Notepad. I think, if you were to actually use F8 for a week, 
you'd be as used to it as anything else. The whole idea of launching another 
program for such a trivial task just seems ludicrous. But, that's your ship if 
you want to sail it.
