Um why.  Just hit the context key in word or in whatever.  Go down the menu.
Select keep source or text only.  Press enter.  Done you have now pasted it
in to your document.  This is what sighted people have to do. I don't see
why they would have to use notepad to strip out the text.

For now, paste your selection in to Notepad. Then your result will become
text only. You can then copy from notepad, and paste wherever you want. This
is what sighted people have to do to remove formatting.
