Hello, This because you are most likely running version 6.22 or later where Microsoft no longer provides this information. While we have alerted them to this issue, the only resolution for now is to revert to version 6.21. Also note that this is covered in the WE 9 beta readme.
I believe sites like www.oldversion4com provide old Skype installers.
