I try not to get frustrated about these issues, but when everytime there is an issue the first answer is it the web developers fault, which a lot of times is true. However, as an “enduser” who is using the product and when a new version of that product comes out with “improvements” and what I experience is anything but improvements!!! Web pages that use to read great now have a bunch of stuff that isn’t on the screen, other pages with buttons that used to read correctly no longer do. I don’t really give a rats ass whose fault it is, all I know and care about is that it used to work great and now it doesn’t, and if the only change that has been made is with the screen reader then it must be the screen reader. People who are still using the earlier version of it have no problem the pages still read as they always have. So as far as I can see the “up-grad e” wasn’t an upgrade.
