I thought I would try a little experiment by uninstalling WE 9 and going
back to WE 8.4 on my Win 8.1 laptop.
I have found in doing so that about half my focus issues have gone away
and when working with the Web using IE 11 that WE 8.4 is more
responsive. One example of this is if you go to a web page that has
headers for a list of items moving through the list by hitting the h
header function moves much faster between the headers. With WE 9 there
is a lag between pressing the h key and it speaking the next header.
Also the loss of speech when reviewing a web page is happening much less.
