If AI Squared staff wouldn't mind, maybe some clarification would be in order on the way WE for Office works, as far as knowing whether it's registered, or not. My own experience, although, it's with Office 365, is that, if everything is properly activated, WE for Office acts fine. However, since I have a serial number and synthesizer purchase, do I always need to be connected to the Internet for this to work properly. Another scenario: After several years, repeated system crashes could result in the number of allowed installs to drop to zero. What then? How is that handled? At least, AI Squared lets us deactivate installs if we know we're going to do drastic maintenance. I don't think the shark allows any deactivations. I realize we users of WE for Office are not contributing much to AI Squared's profit margin, but, many of us have, or are planning on, investing in a higher quality synth, at least. Just a thought.
