The same version of Gwyddion?  Nanoscope?  Both?
What has changed?  What error message do you get?

You can open it by selecting the `Raw data' file type.  In the import
dialog you can set that Raw data import is automatically offered for
unrecognized files.

Not me, but I do not have any new Nanoscope data.  The Nanoscope file
format has a large number of slightly or less slightly varying versions
so, it's hard to tell without seeing the files.

Most of them, they are just not automatically loaded (partially because
a raw ASCII export doesn't contain information such as the physical
dimensions).
