can get the parameters below. I'm not sure how they correlate whith what
Gwyddion asks for:

What shall I choose in: binary data? What is the start
at offset, how many bits for sample size, after each sample/row skip. As
you can see my scan is 1umx1um with 512 lines are these the physical
dimensions and resolution respectively? In this particular file, shall I
use 15 nm as Z-scale?
