Thanks, I can open this file normally, all 7 channels are imported and they look good and I cannot see anything unexpected in the file nor anything suspicious in the code. I tried Gwyddion 2.20 but that should not matter. What OS you use Gwyddion on? Does it print some warnigs to the console when you try to open the file (on Unix) or gwyddion.log (on MS Windows)?
