Hello. I am a researcher at the University of Michigan. I recently had the
opportunity to use the Quantitative Nanomechanical Mapping feature on a
friend's Veeco system (MultiMode 8). However, because this feature is
relatively new, it seems like the file format is not able to be opened in
Gwyddion. I get the error "Header field 'z scale' is missing." Has anyone
else run into similar issues? If so, does anyone have advice on how to get
around the problem?
The files seem to be a standard Veeco format (i.e. filename.001, filename.002).
I am running version 2.19.
