Hi again!
Actually, there is one more bit of information that would be useful, which is 
the user-given name.
Every time you save an image while measuring, the WinSPM asks for a name, which 
is then displayed along with all other parameters when opening the tif.
As far as I can tell, this is not included in gwyddion.
