it looks good for the sake of separating src and bin dependencies but the bin
package also contains the jar files of the dependencies (inside /lib) which
should be avoided as those files should not appear or at least be put in a
separate hama-0.5.0-libs package.
I agree with Suraj that having the docs inside the source package would be good.
So just to clarify we should at the end have a src package with source and docs
(it's already mostly ok), a bin package (the bin package we have minus the lib
directory) and a libs (or dependencies) package which is just for users'
convenience and only contains the /lib directory which is now in the bin
package.
