I understand your concern, it's not a rule yet but, as mentor, I'm trying to
avoid any legal issue coming from releases containing bits not produced by ASF
(there was a very hot thread about it in general@ [1]); I know this sounds
annoying, however give me some more time to check it this is a strict
requirement or not within the IPMC.
