Ah I got the gist.
bq.simply moved the binaries away from the source package
In binary release we can still ship the libs.
However in the source releases we don't, which is okay. People use them for
debugging or rebuilding, causing maven to be needed anyways.
So everything will still be the same, release-source.xyz does not contain the
libs.
