I have this working.
On another system where things are less important, I want to try and run
it all in one haproxy process. Is that doable?
I added the new bind line, put the alt-svc header in, and now when I try
to access the site, it says it has redirected too many times. I suspect
that what I need to do is tell haproxy to only add the alt-svc header if
the connection is coming in on TCP, or it is an http version less than
3. But I couldn't figure out how to write an if statement to do that.
