As next step the same can be tried to create static libs.
It was successful. By hacky copying
c:\mingw\lib\libpixman-1-0.a to libpixman-1-0.a
c:\mingw\lib\libz.a to libz.dll.a
and recompiling libcairo I have a dll that uses libpng only (and system
dlls). Though libpng requires one more copy of zlib....
