How many keywords are there in this format ?
Probably a basic implementation can be provided in 
hbIDE within a couple of days. 

And later Bacco's or Vailton's tool will be pressed into 
service. hbIDE can parse the source and can provide 
readymade templates to be filled in by the writer.
When saved, it will be in above format.

Should I proceed ?
