The keys I have in my system for the IB package are as follows-

  IB AUTHORIZE
  IB CLAIMS SUPERVISOR
  IB EDIT
  IB INSURANCE COMPANY ADD
  IB INSURANCE SUPERVISOR
  IB SUPERVISOR
  IBD MANAGER
  IBD SCAN MANAGER
  IBDF IRM
  IBJD WORKLOAD ASSIGNMENT

I do not have the keys you have mentioned. What system are you using? I am using the OpenVistA 2.51 on linux-gtm.
