No. The SECONDARY MENU is a subfile, and hence may have an arbitrary number of entries. Yes. Practically, the SECONDARY MENU is a pointer (reference) to the main OPTION file, so if there are 89,013 entries in the OPTION File, there can only be 89,013 unique entries in the SECONDARY MENU. Of course, if you add a new option in the OPTION file, you can up the number of possible secondary menus.
Truly Practically, if you find you are giving a lot of Secondary Menus to someone, you would probably be best to create a new menu with all of them in it. If they quit working, you would have to re-assign all of those menus to their successor, and it is a lot easier just to assign a single menu than a lot of them.
