You know I just thought about an issue for support people both inside and
outside of VA.

In the future, when you answer the phone, you might say, "Is your problem
with Vista or VistA?"

Eventually it may evolve into, "Is your problem with Vista or HeV?"

But, it could be confusing for a period of time.

Roy Baker used to be the Director of Dallas ISC which is now the Dallas
CIOFO.  He was our boss in Dallas when I was there from 1992-1997.  I am not
sure what his title now but I think he is still with the VA.
