Yeah, that's true. I don't want expensive components that might get

Plus you can barely hear the radio with the top down and the doors off.

All depends on personal tastes. I can notice things in audio playback
that my girlfriend doesn't. And if you have a Jeep sound quality is
probably pretty low down the priority list as it is :)
