Thank you for your suggestions. I am little confused though, at the
motherboard suggestion. Do you mean that I need to get that one and then
find the older bios and change to it?

I put info from both Intel and AMD, hoping that more people here will help
me out with this decision SOON so I can choose a really nice motherboard,
CPU, and maybe RAM although I probably will just go to the Corsair website
an dlook there. Although I have boguht Mushkin and like it also.

Help, please?

Decided to add some AMD info since that's what I kinda prefer, even though I
am not sur eif it's as good as the current intel's. I read that AMD was out
first, and then later intel brought out something better. Is this true??
anyone?

That's dead easy.

Gigabyte 965P-DS3 (with _F7_ BIOS, F8 and F9 still have cold boot issues)
Stock Intel HSF or Arctic Freezer 7 Pro (~$22 shipped at eWiz)

E4300 (if you can wait for it to drop down to more reasonable price)
E6400

Kingston Value RAM DDR2-667 (nice stuff - 1.8V stock and will reach
DDR2-800 with just +0.1V)

I'm using two of the DS3, Freezer 7, E6400 and 2GB of Kingston setups
right now. Easy OC to 3.3GHz
at 1.34Vcore, +0.1V MCH, +0.1V FSB, +0.1V RAM.
