Depends on the line...the Silencer (as the S75QB is) series is built by SeaSonic, while the Turbo-Cool line is produced by Win-Tact. I don't think CWT makes any PCP&C supplies currently.
All that info, however, is pre-OCZ acquisition. I don't think they've changed anything just yet, but you never know...
