[H] UT3 video responce

I just started playing UT3. I am trying to get my video to be more 
responsive. I am running a dual Xeon 3.06, 4GB DDR400, and a Sapphire 
Radeon X1950 PRO 512MB AGP. I have the swap file turned off and I am 
using a RAM drive for temp.

When I am playing the game I never get above 60 percent CPU and I 
always have lots of RAM available, so it has to be the video card. It 
started out at 1024 X 768 but even there is seems a little slow and 
sloppy on response. Is there anything I can set up to pick up the 
video response.  I know it is a older video card but I think it 
should do better then this.
